Dr. David S. Blair Sr., a Chicago native, brings over 40 years of executive, faith, and community leadership dedicated to helping people rise above life’s challenges and reach their highest potential. A visionary communicator and strategic thinker, he is known for blending practical wisdom with compassionate guidance to equip individuals and organizations for sustained growth and impact.
Holding a Master’s in Biblical Counseling and a Doctorate of Theology in Religious Education, Dr. Blair’s career spans senior leadership in both ministry and the corporate sector, including property management for one of Illinois’ largest affordable housing communities. His influence extends across diverse settings, mentoring leaders, strengthening families, and championing pathways to personal and professional success.
Married for over 38 years to his childhood sweetheart, Lady Donna Blair, and father to David Jr. and Joshua, he continues to lead with integrity, vision, and a deep commitment to seeing lives transformed.

Lady Blair is a woman of integrity who has a desire to see God’s people become more then they thought possible through the power of God. This anointed worshipper and intercessor is also the founder of W.I.S.E. (Women Inspiring Spiritual Empowerment) and Zoë Girls (ages 13-21). These ministries offer support to women both naturally and spiritually and fosters strength through mentoring and leadership.
